Watching the weather forecast for when I can prepare the vegetable garden with the tractor.
20 trays of transplants started and more on the way.
Finishing as much of my paperwork as possible before outdoor work can begin in earnest: website v1.0, entering receipts, finalizing as much of the crop plan as possible.
Unfortunately I am not prepared to get pigs this year; need to do some infrastructure work to prepare for them.
The main goals for this year are:
1) triple sales by expanding into stores, restaurants and some wholesale, and
2) infrastructure work on the barn and drive shed.
Many other little things... as always on a farm. :-)

Do these animals not disturb your plants?

Post authorWe use temporary electric fencing to contain the cattle and pigs and the chickens are pastured in moveable coops to keep them out of the vegetable garden.
